Here, a stream bubbles through the grounds, while the hills around are home to many species of wild birds, animals and rare plants. From the restaurant windows on a summer evening you can see rabbits scampering on the hillside and if you are lucky also catch sight of roe and red deer emerging from the forest to graze.
