The hotel offers a recently refurbished bar and AA award winning restaurant, where you can choose from char-grill dishes, pizza and pasta, traditional cuisine and a wide selection of desserts. There are 2 function suites suitable for events of all sizes. The Manor Suite is ideal for large events like weddings, catering for up to 180 people for a meal and 200 standing. The Colville Room is available for smaller functions like business meetings and can seat 60 people to dine and accommodate 70 standing. The Carlton Manor Hotel holds a civil wedding licence.
