| Good points - "I am afraid the disabled shower room could have been improved. For a start, a disabled person would have difficulty in getting in and out of the bath to have a shower. Secondly, some people, including my wife, can't stand in a shower and need to sit, but the ' seat ' was at the wrong end from the shower. Thirdly, an anti slip mat would have been useful. That said, the shower itself was excellent. I thought some newspapers would have been appreciated, as quite a large proportion of your clientele would have been business people." | |
