| Overall - "there was nothing more that i would have liked to have known... whilst at the hotel there was a huge security alert in birmingham in which the majority of the centre was evacuated. the staff were extremely helpful and imformative and tried their best to keep us onformed of the events which were taking place. they excelled themselves. the hotel is in prime location and we shall definitely visit again." | |
