| Overall - "If i had known there was no room service i would not have come. To go downstairs and be told there was no room service by a very rude member of staff behind the bar and then given my ordered drinks on a tray to carry on my own through a crowded reception area and to try and get through doors - i would not have bothered spending the money on the drinks in the bar. There were about three couples downstairs at teh same time and were all asking about room service and hot meal - to be told very abruptly and to be held waiting for at least 15 minutes whilst the barstaff had to help the reception staff (because they had very poor English) was not enjoyable in the end all three couples left! I therefore ordered snacks which i had to again come down from the room to collect and take the hot food on a tray upstairs on my own. There was no cutlery nothing. I then reaslised this is not a place for young romantic couples to come to. I will not return again. that was the whole disappointment of the night - rude bar staff, poorly trained receptionists who spoke hardly any English (although lovely) and no room service whatsoever and no help given whilst trying to carry a tray with eight bottles on and open doors as well!" | |
