| Overall - "A difference of opinion on check out as a result of mis-information on the web-site. I specifically asked for B&B accommodation. Hever hotel came up on the list. I booked and was given a total bill for 70 pounds. On check out I was to be charged an extra 17 pounds for breakfast as this was not apparently included in the price. I argued the case on the basis that I had specifically asked for B&B and Hever came up on the list of availability with a total sum of 70 pounds to include breakfast. Have advised the reception staff to check this anomally before others are caught out." | |
