| Good points - "Beautiful location. Nice bar." | |
| Bad points - "Booked our stay on a quiet location with log fires for relaxation. Staff refused to light the fire until later at night, which we did not get to ever see. Disappointed, as we are from Florida, and that was a large draw for selecting the hotel. Also, there was a wedding there on Sunday, and with no fireplace to enjoy and crowds, we spent the day out instead of in. My husband could not get breakfast on that Sunday, as staff appeared to eager to clear off the tables than give attention to the diners. Staff took my order, and then rushed off. We thought they would bring breakfast for two, but my husband did not get his breakfast. There was a total lack of concern regarding the situation." | |
