| Overall - "the lady who greeted us on arrival was extremely helpful also the gentleman who advised us of the take away service which was available as we arrived late was polite and helpful although we made do with a snack from your range which was very innovative and quite tasty. impressed with the room the only fault i could find was when the sofa bed was pulled out there was not enough room for the chair and access to the window was made difficult small problems to say the least other than that we would definatley use an express by holiday inn again and if you have any near gatwick airport please forward us details as we are looking for somewhere for next january with parking for a fortnight" | |
