The Liongate is a traditional English town house dating back to 1721 and stands proudly overlooking Bushy Park, adjacent to Hampton Court Palace. Our newly refurbished restaurant offers a great selection of dishes throughout the day; breakfast, a light lunch or make an evening of it with our contemporary bar and restaurant. A new Restaurant Manager and new Chef brigade will ensure an excellent dining experience. On the first floor the Park Suite, which enjoys spectacular views over Bushy Park, is an ideal venue for private functions or meetings. Let our conference and banqueting team arrange all the details and you do not even need to leave the hotel. Located just ten miles from Heathrow airport and surrounded by numerous places of interest, the hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure. Rooms are either in the main hotel or across the road in the Liongate Mews. Unfortunately due to the age of the accommodation, we do not have a lift in either building. Views: 8 |

| Overall - "The hotel is located at the Liongate entrance to Bushy Park, which is only a 10 minute walk from Hampton Court Station and a 30 minute walk (straight through the park) to the LGC laboratories in Teddington. The room I stayed in was a well-proportioned single room which had recently been renovated. The bathroom was a good size and had also been re-decorated although the water pressure in the shower was very poor. On the first night of my stay I had my evening meal in the restaurant and I was very impressed with both the waiting staff and the quality of the food. The full English breakfasts were equally impressive. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would recommend the Liongate hotel to anyone travelling on business." | |
