| Overall - "The hotel is in a great location. The staff needs to be better informed about tourist information. The price of phone calls from your room should be mentioned. The staff needs to know the layout of the hotel a bit more. When we checked in we were directed to the wrong floor. The hotel itself was kept clean. Our room never had clean linens, the floors were not cleaned. The Bathroom was not cleaned and the same water glasses in the bathroom were there for the 5 days, never changed. Rooms are very small. No place for luggage." | |
