| Overall - "The hotel is in an excellent location and reasonably priced. Have stayed before so knew this time to take tea, coffee etc as nothing supplied (would be nice to know before hand). Very quiet inside but alot of outside noise. No hotel bar and breakfast very expensive. However, 5 mins walk to Trafalgar Square one way and 5 mins walk to the London Eye the other way. Sofa beds not very comfy - take pillows." | |
| Good points - "Excellent location. Can walk in and out as you please. Kitchen useful when have small children and need to store milk etc." | |
| Bad points - "Customer service at Reception poor - had booked 2 rooms online but only 1 was reserved, Receptionist not interested. No housekeeping during stay." | |
| Value for money - Fair Check in - Poor Room - Fair | |
| Maintenance - Good Cleanliness - Fair Staff - Poor Overall - Good | |
