| Overall - "1. The telephone did not work for the duration of our stay. 2. The bathroom door did not fit properly and would not shut. 3. One socket of the only double power socket not working. 4. Light over bathroom door flickered. 5. Standard light did not have its own socket so had to keep changing plugs. 6. 230 volt outlet to shaving socket did not work. 7. Food from room service still in room after four hours having informed reception as soon as we had finished. 8. Cleaning staff burst into room at 9.15am on a Sunday when we were still in bed and certainly had not checked out. After some discussion the Manager did make a 20% reduction to our bill but it spoilt the experience more than money could compensate." | |
