| Overall - "We found the room too cramped and the bed gave us both aching backs in the morning. The shower was cramped and the water changed from hot to cold until we found a way of controlling it. We would like to have known that it was a 'top floor room' with a sloping ceiling and quite small compared with rooms we have been used to at similar or cheaper prices. We enjoyed the hospitality and breakfasts, but one morning the bacon was crispy (not freshly prepared) and the mushrooms were cold. Whilst we found it to be very friendly, we would only return if we were confident of getting a more spacious room with a toilet that flushed consistently at all times." | |
