| Overall - "Reception staff were not forthcoming with information about our upgraded room ie free breakfast in conoisseur lounge. Would not provide a second robe, intimating that guests steal them - not my problem and what is the point of saying you will provide robes in a conoisseur room, only to be told you can only have one - what good is that - are we meant to share it?!! I also didn't like the fact that the ashtrays outside the lift on the 4th floor were full. We couldn't access the conoisseur lounge without getting the concierge - our keys for whatever reason were not working - this wasn't a huge problem, just inconvenient." | |
