| Overall - "Overall the rooms were clean and well kept. But the windows didn't open so it was a bit stuffy. Also there were no lifts or porter service available during check-in and we had to carry our baggage via the stairs which was hard and sweaty work!. The staff were friendly and helpful though and our stay was quite comfortable." | |
