| Overall - "After checking in, on the stairs up to our room was broken glass and crisps. In our room the bed was full of crumbs, the bath, toilet and wash basin were absolutely filthy, as were the towels, all the furniture was covered in thick dust. We then went for a drink at the bar and sat in the gardens, the grass was littered with hundreds of cigarette ends and paper. Before we went to bed I made a cup of tea, only to find lipstick marks on the tea-cup. You offer a free shuttle service to the airport, and although I was lucky enough to book early to get on, I heard other guests being told sorry it was full and they would have pay £10 for a taxi." | |
