| Overall - "We planned to stay in the hotel because it was opposite the Pier where we met exactly a year ago on that date, therefore it was perfect for our first years anniversary together. Unfortunatly we have had 10x better accomadation facilities staying in a Travel Lodge for half the price, our original room was awfull and i just had to complain (which is unlike me, i usually put up with things). It was, cold, old, broken windows, dirty glasses and two single mattressess joined together! Not what i expect for £90. Anyway they moved us and it was a lot more pleasent, like a cosy lounge with a sofa bed still over looking the pier. We then couldnt operate the radiator, so the porter came up and he couldnt either, we ended up with a fan heater which they provided. The room still had two single mattresses pushed together on a double bass but........the breakfast was fantastic. Sorry for moaning but it had to be said, Mr & Mrs Clark." | |

| Bad points - "Dispicable accomadation, i complained and they moved us to a better room." | |

| Overall - "The hotel was not in a good state of repair. The room had few fittings and even a hole in the wall. The breakfast was adequate, but the breakfast room was bursting to the seams. The location is excellent, but parking is expensive. All in all, we paid good mony for poor accomodation. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not visit again." | |
| Good points - "Situation" | |
| Bad points - "Room was in poor condition. Carpet taped down, hole in the wall. Had to ask for bed throw to be changed as dirty." | |
