| Overall - "It would have helped me select a more suitable hotel to have known that a large proportion of the guests would be elderly and require the place to be exceptionally warm. I felt the loud and intrusive bingo was unnecessary, and the selection of hits from the forties may have suited the people who chose to listen. Of course there needs to be this sort of accommodation, but perhaps your website could indicate this." | |
