| Overall - "If arriving by rail this hotel is perfect but it is so awkward when in a car. The room was very small and spartan compared to other hotels i've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and were the hotel's most redeeming feature. Access to the city centre was perfect. The Ramada would be used again if i could not get in elsewhere. We did not dine here, at night, as the menu was very limited." | |
| Good points - "Access to city centre perfect." | |
| Bad points - "Bad parking, lack of facilities and overpriced." | |
| Value for money - Poor Check in - Fair Room - Adequate | |
| Maintenance - Adequate Cleanliness - Adequate Staff - Fair Overall - Adequate | |
