| Overall - "Information should have given to customers regarding the car park being closed and where the alternatives were. Information should have been available regarding the closure of the jaccuzzi, this was not evident until you actually went to get into it (no notice in reception, or at the door to the gym!) Hotel was situated in a nice area opposite a park, near to shops and restaurants. When the receptionist wrote problems with shower in the maintenance book I could not help but notice she had similar comments against other rooms. One does expect a bit more than a dribble of water from the shower." | |
