By the promenade along the seaside there is a 1500 metre walk to the centre of Saint Raphaël. Opposite the property by the marina you will find a supermarket and other shops with everyday necessities and a large selection of cafés and restaurants. The apartment comprises: Hall, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with terrace facing north-east, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and terrace facing south-west. Private parking can be found at the back of the property. The apartment has been completely modernized and is tastefully decorated and furnished.
