Description Cosy well appointed ideally situated, in the centre of Hornsea semi detached bungalow within walking distance of the sea (5/10 mins). With a pleasant conservatory and garden, a quiet cul-de-sac off the town centre, near to shops, restaurants and takeaways, some excellent fish and chip shops, pubs, café, launderette and a splendid church and museum with lots of local history. Hornsea, contemporary coastal promenade, boat complex is within a 15 minute walk. The Mere which is the largest fresh water lake in the North of England with sailing boats and lots of wildlife, a footpath going all the way round the lake (3 miles, for walkers only) is also a 10 minute walk away. Hornsea has indoor leisure pool and fitness centre, golf and indoor / outdoors bowling, a large natural park with children’s play area and skate park. Freeport shopping centre and local town bus, Hull, Beverley and Bridlington are only half an hour away, and Scarborough, Filey, York and the Yorkshire Wolds and Lincoln only an hour away by car. Light entertainment is available at the Floral hall most of the time. The tourist information office is in the town centre.
