Description South View is a traditional and comfortable stone cottage with a walled garden, which is situated in a quiet and friendly village, which 4 miles from Leyburn. Richmond with its castle is approx 15 miles away. From the cottage there are stunning views over Wensleydale. On a small green opposite is a children's play area. The cottage provides an good base for exploring the excellent surrounding countryside. Ideal for walking, cycle paths and there is a steam line locally. It is close to the Coast to Coast footpath and the Pennine Way. There are plenty of local castles, abbeys and the unique "Forbidden Corner".
