Description A detached, recently renovated stone cottage, 3 miles north of Abergavenny in a beautiful corner of the Black Mountains. Some of the finest hill walking in southern Britain starts on the footpath that passes the front door. There are two double bedrooms, separate bathroom and lavatory, an open plan kitchen and sitting room with a wood burning stove, exposed beams and wooden floors throughout, and a south facing walled garden with a lovely view across to open hillsides and the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain. There are a number of good local pubs: the nearest - serving real ales and good food - is two minutes by car or a delightful twenty minutes on foot. Welsh Tourist Board Accredited: 4 Star.
