Description 4 Cottages - The cottages are set in grounds consisting of gardens densely planted with shrubs and flowers. In addition there are 3 acres of mixed woods and spectacular views down the Irfon valley. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped with their own terrace and garden. Guests will find a natural swimming pool surrounded by mountains and forests just 2 hundred yards away. Cwm Irfon provides an excellent base for direct access to a wide variety of walks, mountain bike tracks and bridleways. Use of the cottages includes 2 1/2 miles of fishing rights. Local amenities such as shops and a good pub can be found in Llanwrtyd Wells only 3 miles down the valley along the River Irfon. The cottages can be rented as one to sleep up to 14 people. | Accommodation Details Woodpecker Cottage adjoins Buzzard Cottage and has been designed to provide a modern and spacious bed / sitting room with a double bed at one end and a comfortable sitting area grouped around a cosy wood burning stove at the other There is an additional alcove for eating and the kitchen area is also separate. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, hand basin and toilet. Enjoy to wonderful views from our South facing terrace |
