Enjoy walks from the door on the numerous footpaths in the area or explore the farm which is a haven for wildlife where badgers, buzzards and roe deer are often seen. Private fly fishing is available on the farm from April-October (at cost). The historic market town of Alton is just 5 miles away for golf and The Watercress Line Steam Railway, with Jane Austen's house at Chawton near by. London is 1 hour by train. Excellent base for visiting Hampshire with Winchester, Portsmouth and the New Forest easily accessible.
