Set in a quiet, rural location, close to sandy beaches and the market town of North Walsham, this cosy, well appointed, 200 year old detached cottage is a very pretty conversion. It is well screened by trees forming a haven in undiscovered Norfolk. Double doors open onto the sunny patio, with access to large fenced secluded paddock. An excellent base for the seaside or the many attractions; National Trust properties, gardens, churches, Norwich museums & galleries. For a more active break; excellent walking, golf, sailing, cycling, bird watching and wildlife. For walking in the area, there is a footpath leading up to a high point at the back of the cottage from which there are good views across open countryside to the sea and coastline in the distance. Shops, pubs/restaurants are about a mile.

Ground Floor: The entrance porch opens into an attractive beamed dining room. Double doors lead from this to a south and west facing patio and half acre land with BBQ. A Compact kitchen with modern appliances. Includes microwave cooker. A shower room with WC, wash basin and washing machine. Cosy beamed lounge with inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. First Floor: Two attractive eaves bedrooms are reached by slightly steeper stairs than normal. The first is a double bedroom leading to a twin bedded room (accessed only through double room), with pretty dressing table, chairs and chest of draws.
