Description This beautiful cottage is in the idyllic village of Armathwaite, nestling in the outstanding Eden Valley. It has many charming features such as a rayburn, log burner, exposed sandstone and beams throughout. A 5 minute walk takes you to the two excellent village pubs with busy restaurants. The broad Eden river and its bridge are a predominant feature of the village with sandstone cliffs plunging down to turbulent rapids, appealing to walkers, canoeists, climbers, fishermen and bikers.
