The property is ideal to use as a base for Walking, Cycling and generally touring the Lake District, Pennines, Dales and Dumfries and Galloway. The village of Shap is approx 4 miles away where there are numerous Pubs and local shops. Other Pubs exist in Moorland (3 miles) and Crosby Ravensworth (3 miles). Alternatively Penrith is approx 8 miles and provides numerous Cafes, Pubs and Shops. Pets are welcome in this property. Ullswater and Haweswater are 20 minutes and 10 minutes away respectively.
