Peacefully situated Waxway Farm offers: * Beaches - Sidmouth, Beer, Lyme Regis and Exmouth, within 10 to 30 minutes drive. * Walking - East Devon Way, Otter Valley and South West Coastal Path. * many things for children to do nearby. * Riding at local stables. * National Trust properties within 30 minutes. * Antiques centre of Honiton nearby. * Really fresh fish straight from Beer and Sidmouth harbours. * 25 minutes drive to Exeter with its old dock quayside and cathedral. * 45 minutes drive to Dartmoor and Exmoor.
