It is in Calstock, near Tavistock a pretty village on the banks of the river Tamar in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a village store, large free car park and two pubs serving excellent food. Situated on the Devon/Cornwall border, it is an ideal base for exploring both counties. Catch the picturesque Tamar Valley Train from Calstock to Plymouth across the historic viaduct. Boat trips available from Calstock quay. Many National Trust properties and tourist attractions within a short drive. Under an hours drive to the Eden project and Cornish south coast beaches.

This property offers one double bedroom and Twin room (this can be made into a king sized bed)Bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle and separate toilet. Lounge/Diner and separate kitchen.

There is an extra guest bed available for a 5th person to be placed in the twin room at an extra cost of £50 (calendar price is for up to 4 people)
