It is a large and comfortable semi-detached Victorian villa ideal for easy access to sandy Trevone Bay and Newtrain Bay, which has acres of rock pools. Locally there are facilities for activities such as surfing, fishing and cliff-top walks with spectacular scenery. The villa has a quiet and secluded garden which is equally perfect for youngsters and the more mature.The first floor was fully refurbished in 2006. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite, the other three bedrooms have single beds and share a central bathroom with bath and power shower.
