It faces west and offers uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay and easy access to the beach and promenade, perfect for a relaxing holiday or an activity break. Enjoy the panoramic views and ever-changing skies from the balcony and with luck, in the warmer months, watch dolphins swimming and at play.There is off road parking and a storage facility for bikes etc. There is a championship links golf course in Aberdyfi, only a few minutes drive away, sea fishing from the beach and wonderful opportunities for walking either along along the sands to Aberdyfi or exploring the Dysynni Valley where miles of footpaths take you to spectacular viewpoints. Take the Talyllyn narrow gauge steam railway into the Snowdonia National Park, and visit the Dolgoch waterfalls and the old slate mining village of Abergynolwyn. Or explore the area by train, south to Machynlleth, home of the Centre for Alternative Technology or north to the coastal towns of Barmouth, Harlech and Pwllheli. The Italianate village of Portmeirion is also easily accessible.
