Description The smallest of our 3 cottages, but carefully planned for two to enjoy a self catering holiday in comfort with all necessary facilities provided. In addition to the Double bedded room there is an open plan living area fitted with a fully equipped kitchen , dining table and easy chairs to enjoy an evening of leisure with television or music after a wonderful day of exploring the sights that abound in the area ! A shower and separate washbasin and toilet are provided and there is access to the communal utility room for Launderette facilities. Heating , cooking and hot water are by electricity and are included in the rental, as is bed linen, with beds made up for your arrival. This is a most popular cottage as a bolthole for grandparents who may wish to accompany families but maintain an element of independence !! Chairs are carefully placed outside to enjoy the wonderful views of coast and garden and to watch the sunsets. For those who are new to the area , there is much to explore on your doorstep. The village of Llanystumdwy is renowned as the home of Lloyd George who has been buried on the banks of the River Dwyfor and a museum here commemmorates his life and greatest achievements. We are within easy reach of the Lleyn coastal path, Lon Eifion cycle route, Several National Trust properties and Gardens, and many world famous Narrow Gauge Railways, as well as the internationally renowned Portmeirion Village ! You will soon discover that one week is hardly enough to savour all the delights we have to offer , so come and judge for yourselves. Views: 101 |
