Description Appletrees is a delightful Georgian Terraced Cottage, one of a picturesque row close to the Church and overlooking a quiet square. One of the best locations in Lyme; there is a choice of 2 totally different beaches – one famous for fossils, each only 5 mins. level walk. The Cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard earning it a Visit Britain 4 Star Rating and has a separate boathouse annex which is ideal for teenagers or grandparents. Lyme Regis is a lovely little town; apart from the attractions of beach, harbour, cliff top rambles and golf-course, the town itself is full of picturesque buildings and excellent pubs and restaurants. Shops are within easy reach including a truly wonderful baker just round the corner. £25 per week per pet charge. Also £100 per week damage returnable charge contact owner for terms. This cottage offers 1 double, 1 twin bedded room. 1 single, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The Boathouse Annex offers 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, playroom, shower room, toilet and laundry. Enclosed patio garden. Friday changeover.
