Description This beautifully elegant Victorian Country House can be yours for the week or just for a few nights and you can add the luxury of your own hot tub for your stay (£150 for the weekend or £275 for the week including luxury spa robes, bookable direct with the owners). Surrounded by panoramic views of the Perthshire Countryside, it is the ideal location for a family get together, wedding party, sporting or activity break. We offer the perfect combination of luxury contemporary accommodation, complemented by many original features. Spacious, light and airy it sleeps up to 11 with 6 bedrooms and 5 bath or shower rooms, 4 of which are en-suite. One of the double bedrooms is downstairs and has its own shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. This is ideal if you have a less able or elderly member of your party. Relax in the south-facing drawing room with window seat and original shutters and ornate cornice. The superb dining room has antique dining table with comfortable high backed leather chairs, bay window and open fire. We will set the dining table for your arrival. Through to the large kitchen with range cooker, hostess heated server and lots of other facilities, including double larder fridge, microwave, dish washer, coffee percolator, juicer, bread maker. The utility roof adjacent has old fashioned (but very useful) pulley, large capacity washing machinge and commercial size tumble dryer. Upstairs 5 bedrooms; the 2 master bedrooms have ensuite bath and shower. These have 'zip and link' beds and can be made up as one huge 6 foot king size bed or as two singles making a twin room. 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room and 1 single bedroom with wash hand basin and a double bedroom share the family bathroom adjacent. Outside there is ample space to park at least 5 cars. There is a garden to the front of the house with raised patio deck with dining furniture and barbecue. £500 good house keeping deposit, payable directly to the owner with the final balance, which is returned within seven days of departure, less heating and electricity/breakages/extra cleaning costs. Flexible changeover day. This means you can start and finish your holiday on the day that suits you. Please note that we do not allow smoking and we do not accommodate pets. Kinnaird House is located just 2 miles from the picturesque town of Pitlochry. A unique, scenic, Scottish location, nestled behind Ben Vrackie with great views of the Perthshire Countryide. Easy access to many of Scotland's leading tourist attractions. Pitlochry golf course, fishing on the Tummel and Tay , walking Perthshire's big tree country and mountain biking on some of Scotland's best trails.
