Only 100yds from Paigntons red sandy beach with seafront facilities.All guest rooms have TV with freeview, complimentary Tea & Coffee making facilities, ironing equipment & Hairdryer available, free WIFI internet connection. all rooms have en-suite or private bathroom facilities. The guesthouse is very close to Bars, Restaurants,Multiplex Cinema, Pier, Paignton Steam Railway, Train & Bus Station and Paignton High Street.

Overall - "I can honestly say our stay at this guesthouse was fantastic. You could not ask for nicer hosts and the rooms were spotless. The range of choice for breakfast was fantasticandthe food was most delicious. We will certainly return next year."
