PRICES ARE PER ROOM, NOT PER PERSON. We are a friendly, family run B&B located on a quiet residential estate. Small friendly dog on site. 5 minutes walk from Kirkby train station. 9 miles from Liverpool City Centre (20 mins on regular running trains). Pick up/ drop off service, breakfast/ evening meals (upon request) and internet facilities free to use. Look forward to meeting you!

Overall - "I HAVE STAYED IN MANY B&B IN UK OVER THE YEARS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST.IT IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN MODERN AND THE HOSTS PETER AND SHARRON COULD NOT DO ANY MORE TO MAKE YOUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE.NOTHING IS A TROUBLE TO THEM.I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED BACAUSE IT SEEMED SO CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES BUT WAS TRULY SURPRISED WHEN WE ARRIVED, EACH ROOM HAS MODERN ENSUITE FLAT SCREEN TV ,COMFORTABLE BEDS I WOULD VOTE IT THE BEST PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN UK AND AND HOPE THAT WE CAN STAY LONGER NEXT TIME.TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE AND YOU WILL BE SURPRISED LIKE I WAS.ALOVELE PLACE WITH LOVELY HOSTS"
