Description
The Bay Horse is situated in the Lake Districts only coastal village, Ravenglass. It is an 18th century Coaching Inn and steeped in local history. It is now a listed building and has been lovingly restored to enhance its charm and character.
In its courtyard is the old Blacksmiths, wheelwrights and stables. The stables is now a Games Room, containing an half sized snooker table, darts board and board games for the guests to enjoy.
The Bay Horse offers 2 double bedrooms furnished to a high standard both with en-suite shower rooms.
A single room with the use of a private bathroom is also available.
Each room contains a TV with freeview, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Guests have the benefit of their own lounge with sky TV and DVD player.
For fell walkers there are drying facilities available and packed lunches can be prepared with advanced noticed given.
Guests bringing their own bicycles or canoes can store them in the out buildings.
