Well kept family run guest house close to sea front. Rooms have ensuite, towels supplied, hairdryer and Duvets. Tea and coffee making facilities and Min fridges in family rooms. All rooms have TV and freeview. Rooms have own key and no time restrictions .We serve Full English Breakfast.Everyone welcome including children contractors and dogs.

Overall - "Sarah's B&B feels like an exstention of home. The rooms are well kept, the breakfasts are lovely. I'd definitely recommend for anyone going to yarmouth :)"

Overall - "excellent value for money. We looking to book again for this year. We came down for the airshow 2006."
Good points - "Very good value for money. We travelled from Sheffield to go to the air show and sarahs was the only place available for the dates we wanted we found that sarah herself was a very good hostess and her family also made us welcome as well. I would that sarahs is the best bed and breakfast in yarmouth."
