Description
Dilmore House is a white washed 1850’s Victorian villa situated on the A38 in the village of Fernhill Heath, 2½ miles north of Worcester, offering comfortable, good quality non smoking accommodation for both the business and holiday visitor.
Just 5 minutes drive from junction 6 of the M5 Dilmore House is a convenient overnight stopover.
We are conveniently situated to visit Worcester’s attractions. In addition to the magnificent Cathedral and the birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar, there is the Commandery Civil War centre, Royal Worcester Porcelain, the River Severn, National Hunt Racing, County cricket and rugby.
Dilmore House is an ideal base to visit the lovely surrounding countryside; including the Malvern Hills with their superb views and walks. Also within easy each are the Cotswolds villages, Stratford Upon Avon with its world renowned theatre and Cheltenham, famous for its excellent shopping and Regency architecture.
We have an extensive range of brochures and maps for you and we are always happy to recommend places of interest, walking and touring routes.
A bus stop for the 144 bus route (Birmingham/Worcester) is just across the road and the journey into Worcester takes approx 7 minutes.
The Worcester North Park and Ride is ¾ mile away and this is a very convenient way to visit Worcester without having to worry about where to park the car!
