This centrally heated period 2 bedroom cottage is set back off the Mint and is located in the heart of medieval Rye. Unusually,It comes with 1, off-road parking space directly outside.
The front door takes you into a cosy lounge with a real flame gas fire, tv and vcr. From here you enter the kitchen/dining area which is well equipped with a cooker,fridge,washing machine,microwave and 4 seater dining table and chairs.
Directly off the kitchen there is a pretty walled patio garden.
An open staircase from the kitchen leads to the first floor landing which leads to:
bathroom 1 with bath,toilet and sink, a small double bedroom and
a twin bedroom with an ensuite bath,sink and toilet.
