Our Guest House is situated on Littlehampton seafront over looking The Green and Oyster Pond. Some of our rooms have nice views to the River Arun, West beach and the sea. We are just 2 mins walk from the Windmill cinema theatre and Harbour Park, leisure centre with swimming pool. West Beach with sand dunes, mini-golf, mini-railway and attractive parks are close by.
The efficient service, friendly and relaxing atmosphere are waiting in "Arun Sands" for everyone. Our aim is to make your business stay or holiday break as pleasurable as possible!
We give a friendly welcome and homely atmosphere to all of our guests.
