Ideally situated less than 50 metres from Weymouth’s beautiful beach on the south coast, a short walk to the town centre, harbour, RSPB reserves, Condor Ferry Port, train station, Sea Life Centre, Coastal Path, positioned in the heart of the Jurassic coast and many more tourist attractions.
All our rooms come with free WIFI, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD TV’s most with DVD/CD players, mini fridge, radio clock alarm, complimentary toiletries, towels and central heating as standard. Our spacious Family ensuite rooms (sleep upto 5) come with cots and bedding, high chairs, change mats and bottle sterilizing facilities. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request. We offer a guest lounge with free view TV and DVD player, with a small DVD library and book library for guest use. Parking permits are available free of charge. Ensuite and shared bathroom rooms are available.
Kelston Guest House is an approved Condor Ferry agent, allowing us to book day trips to the Jersey and Guernsey for our guests.
At Kelston Guest House we pride ourselves on our freshly prepared local produce breakfast, with sausages from a local supplier and local farm free range eggs. We offer a vegetarian option breakfast to our guests. With advanced notice we can cater for specialist diets such as vegan, Gluten free. We offer an early light option breakfast for Condor sailings. Packed lunches are available on request.
We have fully renovated the guest house during 2007/08 bringing the accommodation up to a high standard, keeping many of the original period features you would expect of a 1860 grade II listed building.
We are ideal and popular with families, couples, ramblers, bird watches, sailors, groups and international guests. Groups welcome and children of all ages. We accept credit/debit cards. We are fully non smoking. We are open all year and offer low season and long stay discounts. We offer storage facilities for bikes, fishing and diving equipment.
