| Overall - "My apologies to Geoff and Judy for not posting this sooner like I said I would. My husband and I have spent a very enjoyable long weekend at the Cassandra Guest house during the month of December. After a long drive down the owners Geoff and Judy are lovely friendly helpful people who made us feel very welcome. To be honest parking isn’t great however we were able to park at the back of the guest house which made things easier. Lets be truthful we booked a room in a Guest House not the Ritz so I was very pleased with the choice that we had made. The room that we were given was very well presented, immaculately clean and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was first class for a small establishment and perfectly cooked. The guest house is in a perfect location, it’s within walking distance to the towns shopping center, local attractions (the Barbican, National Marine Aquarium etc etc) plus the Plymouth Hoe is only a short walk up the road. Also the guest house is close to some very good restaurants you can take your pick on ware to eat - we especially liked the Chinese on the corner by the guest house - not too far and lovely food. We couldn’t have asked for any better, every ware we wanted to go was within walking distance. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the Cassandra Guest House to anyone who wants to stay in Plymouth – it’s reasonably priced, clean and comfortable – very good value for money." | |
