Overall - "We have stayed at the above twice, having found it by chance on the net. You will feel like they have known you for years. We have been in the hospitality game ourselfs, and expect good service/food,and will complain if things are wrong, you would be very hard pushed to fault this guest house. We have stayed in more expensive hotels, and, not had the service you get here, fact."

Overall - "we thought the bathroom could do with a little fan heater as was quite cold but in our 3 day stay that is the only thing picked up on and its not even a bad point, more of a suggestion. the service we recieved was excellent and pauline and neville were the perfect hosts. they were extremely accomodating particularly as we had our 15 month old son staying with his travel cot. the breakfast was fabulous and we were offered a variety of things every morning. the guest house was exceptionally clean and tidy and is situated in a location close to practically everything! we would certainly stay there again and would happily recommend this place to anyone we know."

Overall - "If there is a better place to stay in Gt Yarmouth then I have yet to see it. 'The Warren' is a magnificently situated Guest House/Hotel, as it is central for all that Gt Yarmouth has to offer, yet it is only a stone's throw from the beach. The place itself looks inviting from the outside with its Rabbit Warren theme, freshly painted bright exterior and numerous coloured hanging baskets. Inside, it is even better. All the rooms are spotlessly clean and offer a warm, homely feel. There is always a warm friendly smile from the hosts, Neville and Pauline, who find time to make their guests feel at home with their interesting and informative chat. Neville, (also the chef!), asks what you would like to eat for your evening meals, as there is no 'set menu', so there should never be complaints about the food. Nothing appears to be any trouble, and the quality of the food is excellent!!! Neville and Pauline added that 'extra bit' to our holiday to make it special and one to remember. We would recommend 'The Warren' to our friends and family and indeed, anyone who is unsure of where to stay in Gt Yarmouth. We certainly are planning to return very soon!! Trevor, Julie and Nicole"
