Description Set in the grounds of Cerdyn Villa, the annex offers 1 double and a small single bedroom and is available on a self catering or B&B basis. Minimum 2 night stay. Deals offered for 5 or more nights. The kitchen is fully equip including washing machine and microwave, and open plan to a living/dining room with TV/DVD and radio/CD player. Bathroom has bath only. The property is central heated and double glazed to allow for the cooler Welsh winters! All heating and electricity is included in the listed prices. The property is available for short breaks (minimum 2 nights) or longer holidays and has the advantage of access to fully cooked breakfasts in the main house for a reasonable charge should you fancy a traet. Full use of the family gardens, sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs. The property is one storey with 3 steps to the door - corridors are too narrow for wheelchair access but the property may suit those with limited mobility - please call for more information. Dogs are accepted by prior agreement as we have freerange chickens in the grounds.
