This modern south facing raised ground floor one bed roomed apartment is directly overlooking rock channel and has far reaching views towards the marshes and Rye harbour nature reserve beyond.To enhance this unrivalled view there is a balcony with a table and chairs for you to relax whilst you watch the boats go by. Few holiday cottages in Rye can offer this!The boathouse complex has its own private quay by rock channel and has the benefit of its own parking space to the rear (a luxury in Rye) and yet is only 5 minutes stroll to Rye's historic centre.The apartment itself boasts all the luxuries that you would expect from this standard of accommodation in rye. There is a fully fitted kitchen, TV, one bedroom and a bathroom.There is also a storeroom underneath for your bycicles etc. Linen and towels are included in the price. It is available by the day (min 2 nights) or by the week.
