Description
We are a small clean family run hotel situated on the South Shore Promenade. A 5 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. A short tram ride to the Tower, Winter Gardens and Town Centre. We have 9 spacious, comfortable bedrooms which are all en suite with sea view There are 3 Double rooms with balcony, 3 Twin / Family rooms with double bed and single bed and 3 Family rooms with double bed and set of bunk beds. In your room you will find Towels, complimentary toiletries, Tea & Coffee facilities, Information Booklet with writing paper, cards and envelopes. Iron and Ironing Board and Hairdryers are available on request. Our breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am and is Full English though a lighter breakfast of toast and cereal is available. There is a free tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine in the bar for guests use throughout the day. All of our rooms are serviced daily for guests comfort. We have a licensed Steak House which is decorated with the American theme - everything from cowboys and indians to holsters to guns (not real!) to hats. Steaks, Gammon, Chicken and Burgers are available. Childrens meals available. The Bar is in the Steak House area and is also for guests use. We have Karaoke for the budding Pop Idol or X Factor entrant who may visit us. Over 1500 songs to choose from. We also have a comfortable TV Lounge with Sky TV and DVD Player and a selection of up to date DVDs to watch. At the Windmill we try to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as we can. If you need anything just ask! We like to think that our visitors enter as guests but leave as friends We are members of Blackpool Hotel and Guest House Association Ltd. Our Hotel is inspected annually so standards are kept.
