SILVER AWARD WINNER. Fairways is a small and friendly guesthouse that offers those individual touches that make all the difference to your holiday. We are open all year round, for long or short breaks and are ideally placed for easy walking distance to sea front, theatre, shops etc. All rooms are centrally heated with en-suite shower rooms and are equiped with tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers, radio/alarm and colour television (some also have DVD) Optional evening meals, offering good home cooked food, are available on request. We have ample car parking space for all our rooms - non of that annoying car shuffling is necessary!

Overall - "We have just arrived home from a very pleasant stay at Fairways and would definately return again. My mother is disabled and we were given a ground floor room which was always kept clean and tidy. The food was always excellent and they were very friendly people and made us all very welcome."
